SUCCESSFUL DEPARTMENTAL 2019-2020 PC DEFENSE AND 2020-2021 PC NEGOTIATION

The Chairman, LARMAT, Prof. Geofrey Kironchi assisted by Ms Carolyne Kyalo today 11th August 2020 Successfully defended 2019-2020 performance contract (PC) of the department via Google zoom. This rates department performance that fall under four key pillars set by the University of Nairobi. These are; Financial Stewardship and Discipline, Service Delivery, University Core Mandate (projects “Big Four” Initiatives, Projects/Programmes aligned to SDGs, SPS and SP) and other crosscutting issues within growth of the varsity.

LARMAT 2019/2020 PC EVALUATION AND 2020/2021 NEGOTIATIONS

The University of Nairobi, VC Prof. Stephen Kiama, this morning (10th August 2020) virtually officiated Performance Contract (PC) Evaluation and Negotiation exercise for the entire UoN. This exercise will start at the College of Agriculture and veterinary sciences (CAVS) and will be replicated to all other campuses within UoN. Prof. Kiama acknowledged the “new Normal” and applauded the team for innovation transition since inception of PC at the University of Nairobi.
