LARMAT RANKED 7 AS BEST TEACHING DEPARTMENT AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NAIROBI

Out of 66 teaching Department, Department of Land Resources Management and Agricultural Technology (LARMAT) was Ranked no. 7 in the year 2019-2020 University of Nairobi Performance Contract. The LARMAT scored 2.8874 a very good score with highest department scoring 2.6258. LARMAT scores pushed Faculty of Agriculture to  Position Number 2 as best teaching Faculty at the Varsity.

10th UoN OPEN DAY

The 10th University of Nairobi open day will be held on February from 18 to 19th, 2021. The Open day will be virtual, free and open to all. We have career guidance and mentorship sessions lined up for the attendees.

UNIVERSITY OF NAIROBI PARTICIPATES IN “IGAD RESILIENCE RESEARCH COORDINATION PLATFORM”

Dr. Oliver V. Wasonga from Department of LARMAT represented the University of Nairobi at the Workshop on Strengthening Collaboration of existing National Drought Resilience Research Institutions Network Pathways within the IGAD Region, which was held at Hilton Hotel, Nairobi on 24-26th February, 2020.
