Dr. Anne Karuma from the University of Nairobi’s LARMAT Department is attending the 7th African Higher Education Week and RUFORUM Triennial Conference in Cotonou, Benin from 6th – 10th December 2021. The conference brings together diverse and key stakeholders for academic development.
Dr. Karuma is attending as part of the International Foundation for Science (IFS) Alumni. The IFS held a side event on 8th December 2021, facilitated by alumni from Benin, Kenya, and Nigeria. The event aimed to sensitize the IFS next chapter, ‘IFS 2.0’ which seeks partnership with a greater diversity of donors including from the Global South, to scale up and make efficient IFS activities.
It was also a collective and networking opportunity to co-design the future of IFS.
