In a thrilling and research experience on information sharing in various disciplines, over 25 post graduate students in LARMAT participated in poster and oral presentation of their ongoing and past research. Students’ research was drawn from various thematic areas.
This includes;
- Environment, Natural Resource Management and sustainability
- Gender youth policy and governance in Agriculture
- Crop systems
- Agribusiness technology transfer and extensions
Theme for the ARGRO 2019 conference: “Catalyzing sustainable food and nutrition security through research, technology and innovation”. Among students who presented their poster and progress of their thesis in LARMAT have specialized in Range management, Soil science, Natural Resources management, Management of Agroecosystems and Environment, Agroforestry as well as Geospatial technology.
