TRAMAP Project team from February 21st- 25th 2022, held a Consultative meeting with objective 1) to Identify community members to be actively involved in TRAMAP activities 2) Identify site(s) for bush encroachment demo plots 3) Develop a “Rich Map” with the communities on current situations and vision for the future with better invasive species management.

Invasive species have continued to be a big threat to sustainable ecosystems management in many parts of the world. Invasions in the world have been increasing as a result globalization, population increase and increasing human activities to the environment.
