LAUNCH OF THE INTERNATIONAL GRASSLANDS AND RANGELND CONGRESS -IGC –IRC KENYA 2021

Prof. Moses Nyangito, the Dean Faculty of Agriculture and Dr. Oscar Koech from the University of Nairobi (UoN), Department of Land Resource Management and Agricultural Technology (LARMAT) participated in a workshop organized by the joint XXIV International Grassland Congress and XI International Rangeland Kenya 2021. The workshops marked the official launching of the Joint XXIV International Grassland Congress and XI International Rangeland Kenya 2021 Congress proceedings and IGC-IRC Website which was held from 24th to 30th April 2022, at Travelers Beach Hotel, Mombasa. The event was graced by Mr. Harry Kimtai, PS State Department of Livestock, Chair NOC, and Dr. Eliud K. Kireger, Director General, KALRO who presided over Presentation of Certificates and Official launch of the IGC-IRC Congress Proceedings and the Website. The meeting also officially Launched Grasslands and Rangelands Society of Kenya (GRASK).
