LARMAT WELCOMES FELLOWSHIP STUDENTS FROM BURUNDI

Prof. Richard Onwonga and Dr. Oscar Koech from the University of Nairobi (UoN), Department of Land Resource Management and Agricultural Technology (LARMAT) welcomed two fellows from Burundi (Ms. Manirakiza Isidonie and Mr. Nimbona Felix) from the Ministry of Environment, Agriculture and Livestock and National Veterinary Laboratory.

RANGELAND RESTORATION AND RESOURCE SHARING MANUAL DEVELOPMENT

Dr.Oscar Koech from the University of Nairobi (UoN), Department of Land Resource Management and Agricultural Technology (LARMAT) facilitated a write-shop workshop for the The State Department for Livestock (SDL) in the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Cooperatives (MoALFC).The purpose of the write shop was to develop a training and capacity building manual that will be used during trainings on rehabilitation and restoration activities for Towards Ending Drought Emergencies; Ecosystem Based Adaptation i
