Dr. Oscar Koech from the Department of Land Resource Management and Mr. Charles Otieno of World Vision International hosted a stakeholder’s workshop at IGAD Sheikh Technical Veterinary School (ISTVS) in Somaliland. The meeting was an activity under the Collaborative research activities between World Vision Somalia, University of Nairobi and IGAD Sheikh Technical Veterinary School (ISTVS). The workshop objectives was to; 1) Present to stakeholders partnerships progress, achievements and outcomes/outputs of the ANCP collaborative Project; 2) To share with the stakeholders on Frankincense policy brief and recommendations to save the Somaliland Gold under threat of Extinction; Identify areas of future activities focus, prioritization and partnership modalities.
