Ms. Manirakiza Isidonie and Mr.Nimbona Felix, from Burundi, the Ministry of Environment, Agriculture and Livestock and National Veterinary Laboratory are undergoing a one month experiential training at the Department of animal production, in the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Nairobi. The fellows have been working with experienced laboratory technologist; Mr. Benjamin Kyalo Mbondo, Ms Ann Kimende, Mr. Samuel Githiwa.

Today, 27th September, 2021 about  20 students from the Faculty of Agriculture drawn from 3 teaching departments (LARMAT, FSNT,& Agric Economics), & Dept of Environmental Biosystems engineering have started off an intensive   “Agro-ecology and Agro-biodiversity Training Course (AATC)” which will last for 3 and ½ weeks.

To all staff on module II Programme wish to be funded by the employer for research and tuition, the scholarships are now open. To qualify for this opportunity, your area of study must be relevant to your profession under which you are mandated to execute at the University of Nairobi.
