Dr. George Karuku, a Senior lecturer in LARMAT ,from 17th to 19th April 2018; I attended a conference at Safari Park hotel through invitation by Food and Agriculture of the United Nations and The European Union for the 2nd National Conservation Agriculture.

Theme: Scaling up Conservation Agriculture (CA) to Sustainably Contribute to food, Feed and Nutrition Security in Kenya.

My expertise was sort to bring the academic side on research involving CA. Activities included presentations from research and practical experiences by farmers, FAO's global perspective on CA in Kenya and experiences with CA: i) Perspectives from farmers. ii) Experiences from the county government.
